1. Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received (e.g., with tags intact for apparel).
Proof: You must provide the order number and, for defective/damaged/incorrect items, photos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom PulseVastra tees).

Authorization: We’ll review your request within 2-3 business days and issue a return authorization with shipping instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we cover those).
Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days to confirm eligibility.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card via Razorpay) within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Amount: You’ll receive a full refund for the item’s cost, excluding shipping fees (unless defective/damaged/incorrect).
Notification: We’ll notify you via email once the refund is processed.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll also refund any return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability:
Process: Follow the return process above, specifying you want an exchange.
Shipping: You cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we cover those).
Availability: If the requested item (e.g., different size/color) is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Exchanges for customer preference (e.g., different style) are not offered.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order under these conditions:
Within 24 Hours: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us at support@shopophilic.com, Tawk.to , or WhatsApp.
After 24 Hours: If the supplier has processed the order, a 15% restocking fee may apply. We’ll confirm the fee upon cancellation request.
Post-Shipment: Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns (see section 2).
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Report: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details via support@shopophilic.com, Tawk.to, or WhatsApp.
Resolution: We’ll provide a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) after inspection.
Shipping: We cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label (if applicable).
